Great service and great staff! I'm from Fernley, NV and was looking for pine for our upcoming Tae Kwon Do test, I checked our local Lowe's and they didn't have it, and said I couldn't find it anywhere. I called Truckee-Tahoe Lumber and they had exactly what I wanted. They gave me 50% off and didn't charge a fee to cut the boards to my specification. I was in need of siding for my house and Lowe's didn't have what we needed so I started looking for lumber yards in Reno. My first call was to the "big" lumber company in town but they were so rude on the phone there was no way I was going to bring them my business. Next on my list was Truckee-Tahoe Lumber Company. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the phone service to the in-store service, this is how customer service should be done. Would highly recommend and will use them for all future projects.
